Product prices do not include shipping and handling (delivery charges), these fees are collected at time of sale. ESTIMATED delivery charges are provided in good faith, but may vary. Michigan Sales Tax (currently 7%) will be charged on all items delivered to addresses within Michigan.

EASY WAYS TO ORDER

convenient and secure online store or send your order information to orders@ghostownthemovie.net. Please provide credit card number, expiration date, name (as it appears on the card), credit card billing address, daytime phone number, and shipping address.

PAYMENT METHODS
We do not ship orders until we receive payment.
PAYMENTS BY MAIL must be received within SEVEN DAYS of your order!

Credit and Debit Cards: We accept the following credit cards and forms of payment:
Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and debit cards.

Money Orders: The money order must be in US funds. Please make sure your name and order number are on the money order.

Electronic Checks: We use an Electronic Check Guarantee service so there is no hold time for e-checks to clear. The e-check must be in US funds drawn on a US bank.

Paper Checks: The check must be in US funds drawn on a US bank. Your name, physical address and telephone number must be pre-printed on the check. We reserve the right to deposit the check and wait 10 (ten) banking days to give it adequate time to clear before shipping the order. For online and phone orders, please make sure your order number is on the check. (A $20 fee will be charged for returned checks.)

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship most orders within 1 business day.

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Ground, in most cases. Allow 7-14 business days to receive the items you purchased. Note that your payment options can, also, impact shipping times. For destinations within the 48 contiguous United States there is a minimum $4.95 shipping charge. Increases are based on weight and destination.

Other shipping methods include Next Day options. Additional shipping costs for these methods are based on the weight and destination. By indicating a special delivery method, you are giving us authorization to charge you for this service.

For destinations in Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO locations, you pay shipping charges based on the weight of the package (minimum of $4.95). Packages to these destinations are shipped via US Postal Service's Priority Mail.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
For shipments to all other countries, the following rules and restrictions apply:

- Payment must be by credit card, US or International Money Order, or personal check drawn on a US bank.

- You pay shipping charges based on the weight of the package and the destination.

- You can add items to your shopping cart, which displays the total and you can see the shipping charges prior to sending the order to us. We will not be held responsible for errors in the shipping charge calculation. If we find it to be incorrect, after receiving your order, we reserve the right to correct the charge and inform you by email.

- Please allow 3 weeks for delivery by US Postal Service Airmail. IMPORTANT: This does not include any time that your country's Customs office may hold the package. If you have not received your package after the allowed period, check with your Customs office first (if possible) to track it down.

You are responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply. We do not collect any duties or taxes from you. We report the exact amount of the sale on the customs form. Please do not ask us to claim less than the actual sale amount.

All prices are listed in US currency.

We reserve the right to decline an order for any reason.

DAMAGES AND SHORTAGES
Merchandise damaged during shipping or shortages (missing items) must be reported to Ghost Town, “The Movie”, LLC within 24 hours of receipt. Ghost Town, “The Movie”, LLC will then either issue you credit or send replacements for the amount of any confirmed damaged or missing merchandise.

RETURNS
If for any reason you are unhappy with the item you ordered from Ghost Town, “The Movie”, LLC return it UNALTERED within 5 days for a refund, minus shipping charges and restocking fee of 10%. Merchandise must be returned at your expense, in unopened and perfect condition, to receive credit. No item returns will be accepted after 5 days.

DVD and VHS videos are not returnable for any reason. If you receive a defective DVD or VHS tape, please contact us to exchange it for a replacement.

On the rare occasion that we may ship you an item other than what you ordered, do not open the product or it will void your right to return it. Please contact us so we can exchange it for the correct item.

BACK ORDERS
We typically stock all of our products, but occasionally we may be out of an item. In this case, we will mark the item "out of stock" on our website. If any product is not in stock for an order, we will hold off shipment of your entire order until all items are available. You should place a separate order containing only in-stock items to have it processed immediately.

LEGAL NOTICES
Any litigation, dispute, or other claim which may arise from the purchase, sale, advice, use or involvement with Ghost Town, “The Movie”, LLC shall be settled in accordance with the laws of the United States of America within 30 miles of our headquarters with claimant being held responsible for all legal fees.
